August Calendar of Events

Learn to Paint Glass, Canvas and Ceramics. We start from scratch and classes are perfect for the seasoned painters or the very beginners! Come with a few supplies and a great sense of humor!

Tuesday Night August 24th is Ladies Night at 6:15pm we will learn how to paint snowmen! I will show you how to add some shadow and depth so your snowman jumps off your projects! We will paint two wine glasses each ( I will supply these). You will need your supplies if you have them. Email me for a supply list. If you don’t want to “invest” in the supplies, let me know if you would like to just try a class and I can help you with some supplies to start. $25.00 for the class. Bring your Big Girl beverages and let’s paint, paint, paint!

Pre-School Story Time, August 17th at 10am. We will read a Christmas Story and paint our very own ornaments! $13.00 for the class. Please RSVP so that we will have enough ornaments.

I would like to start a scrapbooking/mixed media group where we meet up and “play” with different projects. Bring your pieces and parts and we all create something. No charge for this class, just a big girl play group. Let me know if you are interested!

Summer Workshops

10am to 12pm Each child needs to bring a drink and snack. $25.00 per class

AUGUST

August 3-We will paint large pots and embellish them with all kinds of found objects!

August 4- We will create and paint small garden flags that Arts Unltd will embroider a large initial on and paint on a t-shirt each child will bring.

August 5-Collage Painting-We will create a collage of found objects, magazine clippings, glitter and acrylics. Ages 6 to 11, 10am to 12pm and Ages 12 to High School from 2pm to 5pm
